In September, Guestrev received a major update, including a refreshed 90-day calendar and Day View metrics, allowing users to customize their workflow by hiding, showing, expanding, or collapsing sections.

Now, swiftdropdepot.com introduces the all-new Multi-Day View. This feature lets users view up to 10 days at once, making it easier to identify booking and demand patterns and implement pricing strategies across multiple days. For example, users can plan pricing strategies for specific weekends within a single screen, rather than adjusting rates one day at a time—saving valuable time and improving efficiency.

The Multi-Day View UI is fully customizable and intuitive. Users can personalize their default home page, choose which metrics to display and their order, and, for those managing multiple properties, set a default property view. Advanced filtering options make it easy to analyze trends and optimize pricing strategies across multiple days with minimal effort.

New 90-Day and 10-Day Segment Pricing Table

Revenue managers can now easily select and upload rates to the PMS using both the updated 90-day view and the Segment Pricing table. The table displays up to 10 days of relevant data at once, organized by room category. Users can navigate forward or backward in 10-day increments with a single click, streamlining rate adjustments and improving efficiency.

Advanced Filtering for Smarter Pricing Decisions

The new advanced filtering enables “and/or” statements for faster, more precise pricing strategy decisions. For example, setting the filter to Fridays and Saturdays with a Transient Forecasted Occupancy above 85% highlights high-demand weekend days. This allows revenue managers to proactively adjust pricing, rather than reacting to sudden changes in booking patterns.

We’ve introduced several new enhancements to the Guestrev Multi-Day View UI, designed to help users take a more proactive approach to pricing while improving overall efficiency:

Persistent Horizontal Bar: A new bar at the top of the page displays the selected date (and day of the week), the number of days marked for upload, and the readiness status for uploading to the PMS. This bar remains visible even when scrolling.

Inline Editing: Users can now edit the Recommended Price in the Segmentation area directly, as well as Group Block, Wash, and Overbook values, saving time and reducing clicks.

Segmentation Insights: Quickly view Remaining Demand, OTB Room Nights, and Pick-ups for the last 1, 3, and 7 days within each segment, enabling faster and more informed strategic decisions.

Notes Feature: Track changes in strategy, weather events, or other anomalies that impact demand. These notes can be referenced in future performance reports for better analysis.
